Supore, Started in 1993. After 18 years’ growth, it not only grow into one of the largest local optical equipment supplier in China, but also complete the sales channel distribution and manufacturing system integration building perfectly. Although it made a series of brilliant achievements in these 18 years, Supore is not complacent ,instead,with strong faith in the national industry,it goes for a more ambitious goal - from large to strong.

Sales First

Sales is the biggest driving force for an enterprise’s development , otherwise enterprise can only develop in the air. As one of the leading companies in optical equipment area,no doubt Supore knows how important sales is for the development.And now, it found out a method that sales comes first,production next and finally combine production and sales.

In 1993, Hai Tong Optical Co., Ltd. was established, mainly be the agent to sell foreign optical equipment and glasses.Based on the wholesale market in domestic, it established a strong sales network in China. Today,speaking of the core competitiveness of Supore, Mr Yang,as the deputy general manager of the company,he said: "Perfect sales network basis, strong channel sales capability and substantial optical equipment products, made Supore be a quite competitive one in the market."

Combine Production &Sales

With the continuous improvement of sales network and continued ascension of sales capacity, also for the market demand increasing ,at the end of 90's,Haitong began to devote itself into research and development area.

2002 is the first year for Haitong when it headed into optical field of optometry equipment manufacturing. The controlling corporation—Shanghai Supore Instruments Co., Ltd. was established this year, it began to research and develop production of optical testing equipment, ophthalmic equipment, optometry equipment and accessories comprehensively,.The main products include auto lens edger,phoroptor,lens meter,auto chart projector,view tester,combined tables,slit lamp,pupil distance,trial lens set etc. In 2004, Supore gained medical instruments certification of ISO13485 and ISO9001,meanwhile it was approved by the national medical instruments department as certified enterprise with relevant certificates.

The establishment of Shanghai Supore Instruments Co, Ltd. not only combined production and sales successfully, but also established a solid foundation in the optometry equipment fields. Now the registered capital is 40 million, with 22,000 square meters of production plants, administrative and R&D building,its product has covered all over the world.

Manufacturing Integration

As is well known, there are various product types in optometry equipment fields , also with different technical requirements,It’s not easy for a company to produce all the relevant R&D equipment by itself. In order to break through the limitations of a single company's products, Supore implemented a harmonious win-win development strategy.Such as having technical cooperation with the South Korean multinational corporations, holding Shanghai CSOIF Co. Ltd, focusing on R&D of industrial optical measurement equipments, establishing a joint venture branch in Jiangxi.At the end of 2009, Supore acquired Shanghai Yanke Instruments Co., Ltd., marking the strong R & D Department manufacturing system of Supore integrated preliminarily.

From Large to Strong

Strong sales ability makes Supore develop rapidly in the optical equipment manufacturing, while strong R & D manufacturing capability driving the rapid increase of sales. After 18 years’ hard working, Supore has established a strong domestic marketing system which is unique in China. Facing 18 years’ achievements and glories, Supore people are not complacent. Mr Yong Jin Zhu chairman of Supore,he said:” In China,the criterion of starting business is generally low, managing a company just like mountain climbing, only going up step by step, companies can be larger and stronger so as to have a sustainable development.”

Speaking of the future development of Supore, Mr Liang Yang, who has a wealth of experience and insight in optometry equipment fields,he holds a very clear point:” the next step of Supore is to develop from large to strong overall.”

Also, he said:”the quality of optical devices made in China has been close to equipment made in South Korea,the following goal is toward the similar equipment quality of Japan’s,at the same time, market, service , brand, channel network and marketing capabilities will be Supore’s main working goals.”
